About Contacting Us

We are a small, family operated business on the Mornington Peninsula in Melbourne, VIC. We do not have staff, we work from home, and run The LED Shop Australia on a part time basis around our other family commitments. As such, during busy times, or school holidays; we may take a bit longer to respond.

If you have a faulty product, or there is a problem with your order, we’ll always do our best to fix it. Threatening or abusive emails and voice messages will not be tolerated.

If you have a quick question about a specific bulb, you can call us during our business hours. If we don’t answer please leave a message (03) 7068 9150 or send an email to . During busy times we can take 2-5 business days to get back to you, so please be patient. Rude, threatening or abusive emails and voice messages will not be tolerated.

Finding LEDs for your specific car make and model means you can end up spending hours, days or even weeks trying to research all your bulbs and fittings. If you’re short on time or you have tried but your patience has worn thin, we can help!

Find My Bulbs is a service where we do the research, put together a list of car replacement bulbs for you based on your car Make, Model, Year and Series, then you can buy these items from the shop. Learn more  how it works, and how to get started.

Changes To Your Order

If you need to make changes to an existing order, send us an email . We ship orders at 2.30pm, most days so any changes need to be made before 12 noon…

Warranty Claims

The LED Shop Australia® products all come with a 12 Month Warranty.So if you have received a faulty unit, complete our Warranty Assessment Form, describing the nature of the failure. We’ll respond within 5 business days with the outcome. See our Full Warranty/Returns policies for detailed information.

If you’re looking for Wholesale LEDs, please purchase your $99 Wholesale LED Bulbs & Special Order Quote. If you go ahead with your order the $99 is offset against your order subject to our Wholesale/Special Order Policies.
